Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
• The product was received in a damaged condition.
• You provide a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product and the packaging as proof.
• The refund request is initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

1. Initiate Request:

• Your order details (order ID, name, and contact information).
• The unboxing video showing the damaged item and its packaging.

2. Approval:
Once your request is reviewed and verified, we will notify you of the approval status via email.

3. Refund Issued:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
Important Notes
• Refunds will only be issued if the unboxing video clearly shows the damage was caused before delivery.
• We cannot accept claims without proof or for damages reported after 48 hours of delivery.
• Customized, engraved, or sale items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
